- Contract of Hire: There will be no contract between the client
and the owners until the former has received an acknowledgement of
booking. The accommodation is let for holiday purposes and for
the agreed period only.
- Variation: The owners will do what they can to meet the requirements of
the client but reserve the right to vary or cancel the booking
following events beyond their control. Any compensation paid to
the client arising from such alterations or cancellations shall not
exceed the amount paid by the client to the owners.
- Initial Deposit: A deposit of £100 is payable on booking which
guarantees the letting and covers any possible breakages. This
is refunded in full or part depending on the condition of the
accommodation at the end of the holiday.
- Full Rental Payment: Part payments can be made but the full
balance of the rental payment is due 28 days prior to arrival.
If the booking is made within six weeks of occupation, the full rental
payment is required.
- Cancellation: A cancellation fee of £100 will be charged if
the booking is cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to occupation.
If client cancels the booking within 28 days of occupation, the owners
reserve their right to retain full payment for the holiday. The
owners will use their best endeavours to re-let the accommodation and
should this prove successful, payment will be refunded, minus the
cancellation fee and the administration costs. Clients are
strongly advised to take out holiday insurance.
- Personal Belongings: Baggage and personal belongings are at the
clients' risk at all times. No responsibility can be accepted
for loss or damage to any vehicle or its contents whilst on the
owners' property. No responsibility can be accepted for personal
injury or loss or damage to clients' or their visitors' belongings.
- Party Number: Under no circumstances may more than the
maximum number of people as stated on the booking form occupy the
property except by prior arrangement with the owners.
- Client Responsibilities: The client(s) will be responsible for the
property and is/are expected to take all reasonable care. Any
damage should be reported as soon as possible in order to make
good. The accommodation and equipment should be left clean and
tidy to match conditions on entry.
- Property Information: All information is given in good faith and
the owners can not be held responsible for changes beyond their
control which become known after publication of property
information.
- Legal: The owners can not accept liability for circumstances outside
their reasonable control. Any dispute arising between the owners
and the client, if not satisfactorily resolved, shall be referred to a
single arbitrator to be agreed.
- Declaration: The person submitting the booking form
warrants that he/she is over 18 and has the authority of all members
of his/her party to sign on their behalf, and that he/she and any
other client agree to be bound by these conditions.
